ConData is the world's largest post-freight and parcel auditor, recovering over $200 million in billing errors for clients every year. The brief was to build a campaign that told their story: the people who catch the errors, the technology that finds them, and the process that makes it possible. I wrote and directed the campaign videos in addition to the print and digital deliverables.

The "Powered by ConData" concept gave the campaign a throughline that worked across every format. Three videos put faces to the technology: clients talking about recovered money, analysts explaining the audit process, and the ConData team demonstrating what 20+ years of freight expertise actually looks like in practice. The sales deck and one-sheeters translated the same story into print, with the headline "Every Charge. Every Invoice. Every Time." anchoring the value proposition.
The challenge with a company like ConData is that the product is invisible until it isn't. Nobody thinks about freight billing errors until they find out they've been overpaying for years. The copy had to make that gap concrete: $40+ billion in audited spend, 200+ clients, 70+ Fortune 500 companies, all running on data they didn't know they were missing.
